BLUES/ROCK
VENUE |
|
Wishbone Ash and Walter Trout may be our LAST
EVER CONCERTS!!! The average audience attendance has reduced significantly over the last year and we cannot continue to host concerts without your support. It's simple, buy tickets, enjoy the shows and tell all your friends too. LoudPromotions is a non profit totally volunteer organisation. We do not make any profit. We do not get paid. We do not make any money from the bar. When we have lost money on a show it is Alison's personal money, not a company. THE FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS . Make these two shows a sell out or we cannot continue. |

WISHBONE ASH
plus
JOHN VERITY Saturday 9th October 2010
|
For over 40 years England's "Wishbone Ash" has been hailed by concert-goers and reviewers alike as one of the best bands ever to grace a stage. having pioneered the use of twin lead guitars, the band has gained world-wide recognition, based firmly on a regime of relentless touring.
John Verity began his music career in the early 1960's, playing guitar in various local groups around his home town of Bradford, Yorkshire.
John joined Argent late in 1973 and there followed a period of intense
recording and touring until the band decided to come off the road late in
1976. Argent never did go back on the road, and decided to disband, at which
point John became involved with various new projects both as Artist and
Record Producer formed Phoenix, which soon signed to CBS records.
