We are on

Wishbone Ash and Walter Trout may be our LAST EVER CONCERTS!!!

The average audience attendance has reduced significantly over the last year and we cannot continue to host concerts without your support. It's simple, buy tickets, enjoy the shows and tell all your friends too.

LoudPromotions is a non profit totally volunteer organisation. We do not make any profit. We do not get paid. We do not make any money from the bar. When we have lost money on a show it is Alison's personal money, not a company.

THE FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS. Make these two shows a sell out or we cannot continue.

Coming Up... Wishbone Ash - John Verity - Walter Trout - Blue On Black

We get so many complements from you about the various bands and how much you enjoyed them. Some people were less keen on one band than the other, then someone disagreed with them, but hey.... when have we ever put on a rubbish show? All we ask is that you keep supporting "Wilbo" by turning up and we will keep lining up some of the worlds top blues/rock acts for your entertainment. Make sure you are on our FREE e-mailing list by sending your address to our

John Verity began his music career in the early 1960's, playing guitar in various local groups around his home town of Bradford, Yorkshire.

John joined Argent late in 1973 and there followed a period of intense recording and touring until the band decided to come off the road late in 1976. Argent never did go back on the road, and decided to disband, at which point John became involved with various new projects both as Artist and Record Producer formed Phoenix, which soon signed to CBS records.
JV always said that live work was his first love and that holds as true today as ever. After playing the Cambridge Rock Festival in the summer of 2009 JV and the band went into the studio once more – The resulting recordings was released in April 2010: VERITY – A Phoenix Still Rising...

"Walter Trout isn't just a great guitar player...he works from the heart with a flawless and fiery edge. When Walter Trout plays, he owns you." David Wilson/The ToneQuest Report.
Stylistically hard to pigeonhole - - Is Trout's music too blues for rock - or too rock for blues? -- to label Walter Trout's music is to limit it. With more than 35 years of touring and recording under his belt, this New Jersey native has been "loved and hated, accused and vindicated, packaged and presented for everyone to see," as his autobiographical song ‘Welcome To The Human Race' details.
Whether an improvisational jam or a carefully arranged song, Walter Trout's thirst for musical satisfaction is seemingly unquenchable. Equally capable of spontaneous serendipity as well as pre-planned perfection, this guitarist is truly in the midst of an all-encompassing love affair with the music he creates.

BLUE ON BLACK were formed in June of 2001, this three-piece outfit has fast won audiences and venues over to their style of Weapons Grade Blues/Rock. Comprising of Keith (guitar & vocals), Paul (bass) and Clive (drums & vocals). A true power trio, they play with a power, passion and commitment that captures the true nature of their chosen music. With a powerful mixture of original and classic material, the Band delivers with the commitment and professionalism that has been earnt from many years touring the Blues, R&B and Rock circuits. The Band considers it essential that the soul of the music is conveyed to their audience with excitement and are never happier than when playing live. Fast or Slow, Loud or Quiet, if you like your Rock tinged with the Passion of the Blues and played with that honest energy that can only come from people who love their music, you will not be disappointed with Blue on Black.
